Machine Introduction
The WEFILL-CAR-AB-F001-400-50 is a semi-automatic two-component (2K) adhesive cartridge filling machine specially designed for precise dispensing and packaging of low-viscosity liquid AB adhesives. It is engineered for accurate 1:1 ratio filling of 50ml and 400ml dual-component cartridges, providing a reliable solution for manufacturers requiring clean, efficient, and consistent adhesive packaging.
This machine is suitable for a wide range of two-component materials, including epoxy resins, polyurethane (PU) adhesives, acrylic adhesives, MMA adhesives, 3M structural adhesives, AB adhesives, and stone panel adhesives.
With an integrated vacuum pressure tank and press plate feeding system, precision metering pump, servo-driven control system, and automatic cartridge clamping mechanism, the machine ensures stable material flow, accurate ratio control, and bubble-free filling performance.
Working Principle
The operator first places the Component A and Component B into the machine’s separate storage tank(Stainless Steel Pressure Tank). imultaneously, pneumatic pressure delivers Component A and B from the storage tank to the precision metering pump system. The servo-motor-driven metering pumps precisely control the flow rate during the filling process and maintain a stable 1:1 mixing ratio.
The machine automatically positions and clamps the two-component (2K) adhesive cartridges, then injects the adhesive into the cartridges through a large-diameter rear feed port. This reverse filling method (filling first, capping later) ensures smooth material flow, reduces air bubbles, minimizes adhesive waste, and improves filling consistency.
The rear-mounted automatic lifting and loading mechanism supports the independent loading and unloading of 50ml 1:1 and 400ml 1:1 AB adhesive cartridges, thereby reducing the operator’s workload and improving production efficiency
