Instructions for Use
Before You Start
· Check that the AB cartridge ratio matches your gun model (1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1).
· Attach a static mixer nozzle compatible with your cartridge outlet.
· Work in a well-ventilated area and wear protective gloves.
Step-by-Step Application
1. Push the metal fitting upward to open the clamp.
2. Align the plunger with the cartridge port and pull the plunger rod all the way in.
3. Push the clamp upward, then place the AB cartridge into the slot.
4. Press the clamp downward to lock the cartridge securely in place.
5. Squeeze the handle to advance the plunger and start dispensing.
6. Discard the first small amount of adhesive until the two parts flow evenly from the mixer.
7. Apply the adhesive along the joint or bonding surface with a steady hand.
8. Release the handle pressure when done; the ratchet holds the plunger in position.
Cleanup & Storage
Remove the mixer nozzle and wipe the gun with a clean, dry cloth before the adhesive cures. Do not immerse the gun in solvent. Store in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
