Dual-component Static Mixer
A-Series static mixiers are industry-standard disposable dispensing components designed for two-component (AB) adhesive cartridges. Featuring a precision bayonet / square bayonet interface and forward-reverse spiral mixing elements, they deliver consistent, homogeneous mixing of epoxy, acrylic, silicone, polyurethane and structural adhesives.
Compatible with most standard AB cartridges and manual / pneumatic dispensing guns, these mixers are widely used in electronic potting, automotive assembly, construction bonding, and industrial manufacturing. We offer multiple inner diameters, element counts, outlet styles and core colors to match your process requirements.
Precision Spiral Mixing Core: Built-in helical mixing elements create continuous splitting and recombining of A/B materials, ensuring uniform mixing without manual stirring.
Secure Bayonet / Square Interface: Snap-fit bayonet and square bayonet designs fit 50ml AB cartridges firmly, preventing leakage and misalignment during dispensing.
Multiple Outlet Configurations: Available in tapered tip (S), straight luer (D), luer lock (L), stepped nozzle (T) and G-thread outlet, compatible with dispensing needles, connectors and automated valves.
High-Quality PP Material: Made of durable polypropylene (PP) with excellent chemical resistance, suitable for most two-component adhesives, sealants and potting compounds.
Wide Compatibility: Works with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio 50ml AB cartridges; compatible with manual, pneumatic and battery-powered dispensing guns.
Disposable & Cost-Effective: Single-use design eliminates cleaning and cross-contamination, reducing labor cost and material waste.
Full Range of Specifications: Multiple inner diameters (3.0–6.3mm), element counts (7–49 sections) and lengths to match different viscosity and mixing requirements.
Color-Coded Cores: Available in white, green, red, yellow and other core colors for easy material and ratio identification.

AH Series : Standard round bayonet interface, fits most 50ml 1:1 / 2:1 / 4:1 / 10:1 AB cartridges on the market.
AQ Series: Square bayonet interface with 4-grid inlet, designed for specific 50ml dual-cartridge systems.
All mixers are compatible with A/B/C/F series manual and pneumatic dispensing guns, as well as third-party standard cartridge dispensers.

Prepare the cartridge and gun: Load the 50ml AB cartridge into the dispensing gun and fully retract the plunger.
Remove the cartridge cap: Unscrew or pull off the sealing cap from the cartridge outlet.
Align and attach the mixer: Align the bayonet / square interface of the mixing tube with the cartridge outlet, then push firmly and twist to lock into place.
Secure the connection: For threaded or lock-ring types, tighten the nut to ensure a leak-free seal.
Purge and dispense: Squeeze the gun trigger slowly to purge air and dispense a small amount of adhesive until a uniform mixture flows out.
Attach needle (optional): If fine dispensing is required, attach a dispensing needle or connector to the mixer outlet.
After use: Remove the used mixer and replace with a new one for the next operation.

Q1: What cartridge sizes and ratios do these mixing tubes fit?
A: The A-Series is primarily designed for 50ml dual-component AB cartridges in ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. We also offer B/C/F series mixers for 24ml, 100ml, 200ml, 400ml and 600ml cartridges.
Q2: How do I choose the right number of mixing elements?
A: More elements deliver more thorough mixing but create higher back pressure.
7–12 elements: Low-viscosity, easy-mixing adhesives, general bonding.
16–24 elements: Medium-viscosity epoxies, acrylics, potting compounds.
32–49 elements: High-viscosity, critical-ratio materials, automated dispensing.
Q3: Can I cut the tip of the mixing tube?
A: Yes, you can trim the tapered outlet to increase flow rate or bead size. However, cutting too short may reduce mixing performance. We recommend cutting only the end section and testing first.
Q4: Are these mixers reusable?
A: No, static mixing tubes are designed for single use to avoid cross-contamination and cured adhesive blockage. Reusing will cause poor mixing and clogging.
Q5: What is the difference between bayonet and square bayonet?
A: Round bayonet (AH series) is the most common standard interface for 50ml AB cartridges. Square bayonet (AQ series) matches specific cartridge brands with square inlet designs. Please confirm your cartridge interface before ordering.
Q6: Do you offer custom sizes, colors or branding?
A: Yes. We support OEM / ODM including custom element counts, outlet styles, core colors, packaging and private labeling. Contact us for MOQ and lead time.
Q7: What adhesives are these mixers compatible with?
A: They work with most two-component materials including epoxy resin, acrylic adhesive, polyurethane, silicone sealant, structural adhesive, UV adhesive and potting compound.
