Working Principle:

The WEFILL-F001-400-50 is a high-precision filling and capping solution designed for dual-component (2K) adhesives. Operators simply pour the original adhesive materials into the machine’s A/B tanks. From there, pneumatic pressure transfers the materials to the metering pump inlet. A synchronized drive motor and metering pump work together to precisely control the material ratio and flow rate, ensuring accurate 1:1 dispensing.

The system automatically coordinates with an integrated cartridge clamping mechanism to inject the adhesive into cartridges. A key feature of this model is its rear-mounted automatic lifting device, which allows independent loading and unloading of 2K cartridges in both 50ml 1:1 and 400ml 1:1 formats.
