The WEFILL WEFILL-F001 Semi-Automatic High-Viscosity or Paste AB Adhesive Filling Capping Machine is specifically designed for precise dispensing of low-viscosity adhesives such as Epoxy Resin, Polyurethane, Acrylic, 3M Adhesive, PU Adhesive, AB Adhesive,and Stone Panel Adhesive. Its adjustable filling range spans 10ml to 1500ml, ensuring ±1% metering accuracy. A 10ml cartridge achieves an output of 1200pcs/hour while delivering smooth, bubble-free adhesive dispensing. Integrated A/B material tanks, injection valves, and piston syringes guarantee precise ratio control and reliable sealing. This dual-component adhesive dispenser features A/B 304 stainless steel material tanks, resistant to high-intensity corrosion. Adhesive can be poured directly into the tank for operation and easy cleaning. Optional high/low liquid level alarms for storage tanks provide real-time alerts on material levels and refill needs. Equipped with a vacuum pump, it conveys adhesive material to the metering pump inlet via pneumatic pressure.

The drive motor and metering pump work in tandem to control adhesive ratio and flow, coordinating with the automatic cartridge holder to inject adhesive into cartridges. Features large-mouth filling with pre-filling followed by capping; HMI input for automatic volume/speed adjustment. Offers rapid portioning, precise metering, balanced filling, bubble-free operation, and minimal waste. This dual-function machine requires only one operator, significantly boosting productivity.

WEFILL also offers fully automatic dual-component filling machines compatible with dual-cartridge or dual-syringe configurations, suitable for both low- and high-viscosity materials. Options can be selected based on budget.
