Machine Introduction

The WEFILL-F011 is specifically designed for the precise dispensing and filling of high-viscosity paste adhesives. It is suitable for a wide range of materials, including epoxy resins, polyurethanes, acrylics, 3M adhesives, PU adhesives, AB adhesives, and stone slab adhesives.

Working Principle:

The machine operates by first placing the original adhesive container onto the unit, aligning the drum opening directly with the pressure plate. The pressure plate then pushes the material into the feeding pump. A servo motor drives the feeding pump to continuously pressurize the material. Through coordinated motor drive and metering pump control, the machine accurately manages the material ratio and delivery of the AB adhesives. In conjunction with an automatic cartridge clamping system, the adhesive is injected directly into the cartridges.

The machine is designed to automatically fill adhesive from the rear end into: 50ml 1:1 AB mix 2k cartridges;400ml 1:1 AB mix 2k cartridges

WEFILL-F011 Pressure-Disc Reverse-Push Metered Filling Machine

The WEFILL WEFILL-F011 pressure-disc（200L/55gallon） reverse-push metered filling machine is specifically designed for high-viscosity paste adhesives. It utilizes the natural high viscosity of the material to generate a reverse-push force. Working in conjunction with a pressure disc, this force effectively transfers the adhesive from the raw material drum into the feed pump.

A servo motor drives the feed pump to continuously build up pressure, forcing the material through the wide-mouth end into the packaging cartridges. The motor-driven system operates in precise coordination with a metering pump, ensuring accurate control over the adhesive ratio and material delivery. In combination with an automatic cartridge clamping fixture, the machine seamlessly injects the adhesive into the cartridges.

The machine is equipped with an HMI touchscreen, allowing automatic adjustment of volume and speed. Key benefits include rapid portioning, precise metering, balanced filling, bubble-free operation, and minimal material waste. This dual-function machine requires only one operator, significantly boosting productivity.
