The machine features independent 304 stainless steel A/B material tanks, precision metering pumps, pneumatic material conveying, injection valves, and an HMI touchscreen control system. The material tanks can also be upgraded to 316 stainless steel for applications requiring higher corrosion resistance.
For 50ml cartridges, the machine can achieve an output of up to 720–900 cartridges per hour, with only one operator required.
