Various Outlet Configurations: Angled Tapered (S), luer slip (D), luer lock (L) and stepped (T) outlets, compatible with dispensing needles, connectors, tubing and automated dispensing valves.
Color-Coded Identification: Blue, gray, red, black, pink and yellow caps / cores for quick ratio and material identification on the production line.
Industrial-Grade PP Material: Made of high-quality polypropylene with excellent chemical resistance, suitable for most two-component adhesives, sealants and potting compounds.
Leak-Free Bayonet Connection: Precision-molded bayonet interface ensures a tight, secure fit to the cartridge, preventing overflow and leakage during dispensing.
Disposable & Cost-Effective: Single-use design eliminates cleaning, avoids cross-contamination, and reduces labor cost and material waste.
Full Range of Specifications: Inner diameter 3.2–6.5mm, element count 12–24 sections, multiple lengths to match different viscosity and mixing depth requirements.
OEM / ODM Supported: Custom element counts, outlet styles, colors and private labeling available for bulk orders.

B Series static mixers are industrial-grade disposable dispensing components designed for dual-bayonet and square-bayonet two-component (AB) cartridges. They are the standard matching consumables for B-series 14ml, 24ml, 25ml, 30ml and 50ml AB cartridges, and are fully compatible with B-series manual and pneumatic dispensing guns.
With a precision dual-bayonet snap-fit interface and forward-reverse spiral mixing core, these mixers deliver thorough, consistent mixing of epoxy, acrylic, silicone, polyurethane and structural adhesives. The series covers 1:1, 2:1 and 10:1 volume ratios, with multiple inner diameters, element counts, outlet styles and cap colors to match different viscosity, flow rate and process requirements.
Widely used in automotive assembly, structural bonding, electronic potting, curtain wall construction, new energy manufacturing and automated dispensing production lines.

Prepare cartridge and gun: Load the B-series AB cartridge into the dispensing gun and fully retract the plunger.
Remove cartridge seal: Remove the protective cap from the cartridge outlet.
Align bayonet interface: Align the dual bayonet of the mixing tube with the cartridge outlet, ensuring the lugs match the slots.
Press and lock: Push the mixing tube firmly into the cartridge and twist slightly to lock into place.
Secure (threaded type): For luer lock or threaded models, tighten the nut to ensure a leak-free seal.
Purge and dispense: Squeeze the gun trigger slowly to purge air and dispense a small amount until uniform adhesive flows out.
Attach needle (optional): If fine dispensing is required, attach a dispensing needle or connector to the mixer outlet.
After use: Remove the used mixing tube and replace with a new one for the next operation.

Q1: What is the difference between A-Series and B-Series mixer
A: The main difference is the inlet interface:
A-Series: Single round bayonet, designed for 50ml standard bayonet AB cartridges.
B-Series: Dual socket, designed for B-series dual socket AB cartridges and matching dispensing guns. They are not interchangeable. Please confirm your cartridge interface before ordering.
Q2: What cartridge sizes and ratios do B-Series mixers fit?
A: B-Series mixers are compatible with 14ml, 24ml, 25ml, 30ml and 50ml B-series AB cartridges, covering 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 volume ratios.
Q3: How do I choose the right number of mixing elements?
A: More elements provide more thorough mixing but create higher back pressure.
12–16 elements: Low-viscosity adhesives, general bonding, manual dispensing.
20–24 elements: Medium-high viscosity epoxies, structural adhesives, potting compounds, automated dispensing. For 10:1 high-ratio adhesives, we recommend 16 elements or more.
Q4: What do the color codes mean?
A: The cap / core color is used for quick identification of ratio, material or product line. For B-Series, the last letter in the model number represents the cap color: BU (blue), GY (gray), RD (red), BK (black), PK (pink), YE (yellow). Custom colors are available on request.
Q5: Do you offer custom sizes, colors or private labeling?
A: Yes. We support OEM / ODM including custom element counts, outlet styles, core colors, packaging and private branding. Contact us for MOQ and lead time.
Q6: What adhesives are these mixers compatible with?
A: They work with most two-component materials including epoxy resin, acrylic adhesive, polyurethane, silicone sealant, structural adhesive, UV adhesive and potting compound.
