US Style I Single Component Adhesive Dispensing Syringe

The US Style I single component dispensing syringe barrel is a fluid reservoir built for precise, repeatable adhesive dispensing. Available in 3CC to 55CC and 100ML to 310ML sizes, each barrel pairs a thickened virgin PP/PC wall with a precision-fit plunger and a threaded luer outlet to deliver smooth, drip-free flow. Clear, amber (UV-blocking) and black (light-blocking) options match general, UV and light-cure materials. This dispensing syringe barrel is compatible with standard pneumatic dispensers, adapter needles, 1/8" and 1/4" air lines and applicator guns, making it a drop-in fit for electronics, automotive, lighting and product-assembly lines.

Key Selling Points

· 3CC–310ML Full Size Range: Nine capacities—3/5/10/30/55CC and 100/200/300/310ML—cover micro-dosing to high-volume dispensing, so one standardized barrel family fits every station on your line.

· Thickened Virgin Wall: Reinforced, silicone- and chloride-free PP/PC resists pressure, corrosion and cracking under repeated pneumatic cycles, lowering burst risk and extending service life.

· Precision Plunger Fit: The inner wall mates tightly with the plunger to stop fluid backflow and dripping, delivering a clean cut-off and minimal material waste on every shot.

· Threaded Luer Outlet: Secure-thread luer outlet locks in adapter needles and tapered nozzles without leaking and switches quickly between sealing stoppers and tips.

· Three Light-Control Colors: Clear for general fluids, amber blocks 240–550 nm for UV adhesives, black blocks light for light-cure materials—protect chemistry while the remaining level stays visible.

· Broad Equipment Compatibility: Works with 1/8" and 1/4" air adapters, pneumatic dispensers, manual applicator guns and a full set of stoppers, threaded rear caps and tubing for fast, tool-free integration.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The US Style I dispensing syringe barrel is a single-component packaging and dispensing reservoir used with pneumatic dispensing machines, manual applicator guns or automated dispensing valves. It stores low- to medium-viscosity adhesives, sealants, solder paste, thermal gel and industrial fluids, then meters them through a selected needle or tapered nozzle under controlled air pressure. The series is engineered to solve three common line problems: inconsistent shot size, post-shot dripping/backflow, and barrel cracking under pressure. With a complete capacity and color matrix, it standardizes consumables across an entire assembly operation.

How It Works

A PE plunger sits inside the barrel and moves forward as regulated air pressure enters through the threaded rear cap. Because the plunger seals tightly against the precision-finished inner wall, material is pushed—rather than sucked or smeared—toward the threaded luer outlet at the front. An adapter needle, tapered nozzle or sealing stopper locks onto that outlet, so the operator controls bead width and flow rate by air pressure, tip gauge and plunger travel. When pressure stops, the tight plunger-to-wall seal and rear-cap design provide a clean suck-back effect that prevents fluid backflow and trailing drips, keeping parts and workbenches clean.

Key Features

· Thickened pressure-resistant barrel: Extra-thick, uniform wall resists internal pressure and prevents cracking or bulging even during long production runs.

· Threaded snap-in rear cap: Threaded PP snap-in rear cap withstands higher pressure and helps relieve over-pressure if the tip outlet becomes blocked, reducing misuse damage.

· Smooth, uniform dispensing: Rounded, burr-free luer outlet with a smooth internal bore keeps flow laminar and uniform for precise, even material placement.

· Complete accessory ecosystem: Plungers, sealing stoppers, rear caps, adapter needles, air-line fittings and tapered nozzles are all available in one matched series.

CONFIGURATION

Instructions for Use

Before You Start

· Select the capacity and color (clear / amber / black) that match your material and shot volume.

· Confirm barrel, plunger, rear cap and the correct needle/nozzle gauge are clean and undamaged.

· Wear gloves and eye protection; work in a ventilated area and follow the adhesive SDS.

· Set dispenser air pressure from the lowest value and increase gradually.

Step-by-Step Application

1. Fill the barrel with material, leaving headroom for the plunger; avoid trapping air.

2. Insert the PE plunger and seat it against the material to purge trapped air.

3. Thread on the PP rear cap and connect the 1/8" or 1/4" air line / adapter.

4. Lock the chosen adapter needle or tapered nozzle onto the front luer outlet.

5. Mount the barrel on the dispenser, applicator gun or fixture.

6. Purge a small test shot, then tune air pressure and tip gauge for bead size.

7. Dispense with steady, consistent trigger/valve timing for uniform results.

8. When pausing, fit the sealing stopper to prevent contamination and drying.

Instructions for Use

Cleanup & Storage

· Purge remaining material promptly and wipe the outlet before adhesive cures.

· Clean reusable barrels with the solvent recommended for your adhesive; dry fully before reuse.

· Store sealed, away from direct sunlight; keep amber/black barrels for light-sensitive materials.

Safety Precautions

· Do not exceed the rated pressure; a blocked tip can build pressure—release air before servicing.

· Keep uncured adhesive, needles and solvent away from skin, eyes and ignition sources.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between clear, amber and black dispensing syringe barrels?

A: Clear barrels are for general fluids and let you see the remaining level. Amber blocks roughly 240–550 nm to protect UV adhesives from early curing, while black blocks ambient light for light-cure materials. All three use the same US Style I dimensions and accessories.

Q: Which dispensers and guns are these barrels compatible with?

A: They fit standard US Style I pneumatic dispensers and manual applicator guns, and accept 1/8" and 1/4" air adapters plus common luer-lock adapter needles and tapered nozzles. Check your holder diameter against the capacity you select.

Q: Which capacity should I choose?

A: Use 3–10CC for micro-dosing and fine beads, 30–55CC for general bench work, and 100–310ML for high-volume or bulk dispensing. Matching capacity to shot size reduces refills and material waste.

Q: Can these be used with UV and light-cure adhesives?

A: Yes. Choose amber for UV adhesives (240–550 nm blocking) and black for light-cure chemistries that cure under ambient/UV light; both protect the material inside the barrel during dispensing.

Q: Are plungers, caps and needles supplied with the barrels?

A: The matched series includes PE plungers, sealing stoppers, threaded PP rear caps, adapter needles, tapered nozzles and air-line fittings. Tell us your required kit configuration and capacities for a bundled quote.
