Product Overview
The WEFILL-CAR-AB-F003-490-50 Semi-Automatic Cartridge Adhesive Filling & Capping Machine is specially developed for precise filling, especially top outlet/front oulet filling and packaging of high-viscosity Cartridge adhesives( is a high-precision filling solution engineered specifically for 490ml 50ml 10:1 (or 50ml 1:1, 75ml 10:1,250ml 10:1,200ml 1:1,400ml 1:1,600ml 1:1,etc.) dual-component (2K) cartridges (a cap without a vent)), including UV adhesives, epoxy resins, silicone, grease, ink, flux, cockroach bait, etc.. Designed for industrial adhesive cartridge production, this machine provides accurate control, stable dispensing performance, and reliable capping results.
【Working Principle & Core Performance】
Operators begin by placing a standard 5-gallon (20L) pail of adhesive material directly onto the platen base. The platen press then transfers the material to a precision gear pump (or Screw Pump/piston pump). Driven by a servo motor and working in conjunction with a metering pump, the system precisely controls the material ratio and flow rate, ensuring consistent 1:1 filling accuracy with every cycle. The adhesive is then injected into the cartridge through an integrated automatic clamping mechanism.
Upon reaching the pump outlet, the adhesive is transferred to the cartridge syringe filling station, where an integrated automatic clamping mechanism securely holds the empty syringe or cartridge in place. The machine then injects the adhesive through a specially upgraded small-bore reverse-filling system. Unlike conventional top-fill methods, this system pushes the material backward from the front end of the cartridge syringe, progressively filling the 25ml(or 50ml 1:1,10:1 50ml 75ml) packaging syringe cartridge from the bottom up. This reverse-filling approach effectively minimizes air entrapment and void formation, ensuring bubble-free, void-free finished cartridges syringes with consistent fill density and enhanced product reliability.
