Working Principle
| Step 1 — Material Loading: The operator loads Component A and Component B into separate stainless steel pressure tanks. |
| Step 2 — Pressure Feeding: Pneumatic pressure delivers both components from the storage tanks to the precision metering pump system. |
| Step 3 — Precision Metering: Servo-motor-driven metering pumps precisely control the flow rate during filling, maintaining a stable 1:1 mixing ratio throughout the process. |
