Industrial-Grade PP Material: High-quality polypropylene with excellent chemical and pressure resistance, suitable for most two-component adhesives and sealants.
Disposable & Cost-Effective: Single-use design eliminates cleaning, avoids cross-contamination and reduces labor and material waste.
OEM / ODM Supported: Custom element counts, outlet styles, core colors, packaging and private labeling available for bulk orders.

F-Series static mixing tubes are industrial-grade snap-fit bayonet mixers designed for 1:1 and 10:1 ratio two-component (AB) cartridges. Available with both helical spiral and grid-style mixing cores, and round (FH/FHX) or square (FQ/FQX) bayonet interfaces, they are fully compatible with 50ml, 200ml, 400ml and 600ml F-series AB cartridges, manual/pneumatic dispensing guns and automatic dispensing valves.
The precision bayonet locking interface ensures a tight, leak-free connection, while the stepped tapered outlet delivers smooth, consistent adhesive flow. F-Series mixers are widely used for structural bonding, electronic potting, curtain wall construction, automotive assembly, new energy battery manufacturing and composite material bonding, delivering uniform mixing even with high-viscosity materials.

Prepare cartridge and gun: Load the F-series AB cartridge into the dispensing gun and fully retract the plunger.
Remove the front retaining cap: Unscrew and remove the front locking cap from the cartridge outlet.
Remove the dust stopper: Take out the dust-proof plug from the cartridge outlet.
Align and insert the mixer: Align the bayonet lugs of the mixing tube with the slots on the cartridge, then push firmly into place.
Lock the front cap: Screw the front retaining cap back onto the cartridge and tighten by hand to secure the mixer and ensure a leak-free seal.
Load cartridge into gun: Insert the assembled cartridge into the dispensing gun and lock it in position.
Purge and dispense: Squeeze the gun trigger slowly to purge air and dispense a small amount until uniform adhesive flows out.
Trim tip (optional): If a larger bead size is required, trim the stepped outlet with a cutting tool. Always test dispensing after trimming.
After use: Remove the used mixing tube and replace with a new one for the next operation.
Important: Always test dispensing on a scrap surface first to confirm proper mixing ratio and flow. For 10:1 high-ratio adhesives, verify full purging before use.
Q1: What is the difference between F-Series and A/B/C-Series mixer?
A: The main differences are interface type, mixing ratio and core design:
A-Series: Single round bayonet, small diameter, for standard 50ml 1:1/2:1 cartridges.
B-Series: Dual bayonet, small diameter, for 14–50ml B-series cartridges.
C-Series: Large-diameter bell-mouth / threaded interface, for 200–600ml large cartridges.
F-Series: Snap-fit bayonet (round / square), dedicated 1:1 and 10:1 ratio, spiral and square core options, for F-series 50–600ml cartridges and dispensing valves. They are not interchangeable. Please confirm your cartridge interface and ratio before ordering.
Q2: What is the difference between spiral core and grid core?
A:
Spiral core (FH / FHX): Classic helical design, splits and recombines adhesive streams continuously. Ideal for general bonding, medium-viscosity adhesives and manual dispensing.
Square core (FQ / FQX): Lattice-style structure with more mixing stages in a shorter length. Delivers faster, more thorough mixing for high-viscosity materials, potting compounds and automated dispensing. Choose based on your adhesive viscosity, mixing requirement and production speed.
Q3: What cartridge sizes and ratios do F-Series mixers fit?
A: F-Series mixers are compatible with 50ml, 200ml, 400ml and 600ml F-series bayonet AB cartridges in 1:1, 2:1 and 10:1 volume ratios. They also fit most standard F-series manual and pneumatic dispensing guns and dispensing valves.
Q4: How do I choose the right number of mixing elements?
A: More elements provide more thorough mixing but create higher back pressure.
16–18 elements: Low-medium viscosity, general bonding, manual dispensing.
24 elements: High-viscosity structural adhesives, potting compounds, automated dispensing.
32 elements: Ultra-high viscosity, critical ratio applications. For 10:1 high-ratio adhesives, we recommend 24 elements or more.
Q5: How do I identify 1:1 vs 10:1 mixers?
A: The easiest way is by color and model code:
1:1 / 2:1 (FH / FQ): Typically white or green core, model code without "X".
10:1 (FHX / FQX): Typically red core, model code includes "X". The bayonet inlet shape also differs between ratios to prevent misinstallation.
Q6: What adhesives are these mixers compatible with?
A: They work with most two-component materials including structural adhesive, epoxy resin, polyurethane, silicone sealant, acrylic adhesive, potting compound, gap filler and UV adhesive.
Q7: Do you offer custom sizes, colors or private labeling?
A: Yes. We support OEM / ODM including custom element counts, outlet styles, core colors, packaging and private branding. Contact us for MOQ and lead time.
